At Lujo Fino, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and unparalleled customer service. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy, starting from the day of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to our support team at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note that all items purchased on sale or using a discount code are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be returned in their original packaging, including the gift box they were received in. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Lujo Fino.
